Biological Treatment Chemical Treatment Fluidized Flow Booster Designed for Mbbr Resin Applications

The GQDTM MBBR packing fluidized bed reactor is a new type of fluidized bed biofilm reactor developed and produced independently by our company, which is suitable for water treatment fluidized bed biofilm reaction process. It completes the pushing of water in the biochemical reaction tank containing suspended packing and uses biofilm packing for fluidized suspension.

The characteristic of this type of thruster is the specially designed three blade stainless steel impeller and optimized speed and power configuration, which can meet the requirement of maintaining a good fluidized suspension state of the packing with attached biofilm on the surface in the water body, and prevent damage to the packing caused by the rigid impact of the blades. The streamlined cylindrical integral stainless steel shell minimizes the wear of the packing on the casing, achieving optimal hydraulic efficiency. The streamlined body integrates a new generation of energy-saving motors and a fully assembled high torque high-efficiency gear reducer, providing an energy-saving, efficient, and long-lasting overall power solution. The installation mechanism with adjustable inclination angles (15 °, 22 °, 30 °) specially designed for biofilm reaction process can meet the excellent fluidization motion effect of the on-site flow pusher on the overall biological reaction tank and effectively improve reaction efficiency.

Principle of Operation
    1.The GQDTM type filler special fluidised pusher is an innovative solution developed by Nanjing Lanling Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., tailored specifically for the MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor) process. This state-of-the-art equipment is designed to enhance water treatment processes by ensuring complete suspension of biofilm filler within biochemical reactors, thus promoting optimal fluidisation and water movement.

    2.This pusher is distinguished by its uniquely designed three-bladed stainless steel impeller, which operates at an optimised rotational speed and power configuration. This design ensures that the biofilm on the filler surface remains fluidised and suspended, while preventing damage caused by the blades' impact. The streamlined, cylindrical stainless steel shell minimizes wear and tear on the filler, optimizing hydraulic efficiency.

    3.Incorporating the latest generation of energy-saving motors and high-torque, high-efficiency gearboxes, this pusher integrates seamlessly into its streamlined body. With adjustable mounting angles (7°, 15°, 30°), it caters specifically to the biofilm reaction process, enhancing the overall flow within the bioreactor and significantly boosting reaction efficiency.

Superior Performance of Equipment

  1. The gentle mixing action ensures excess biofilm detachment, maintaining the integrity of bacterial colonies and optimizing oxygen supply to sustain solid biofilm.This suspension of solid biofilm filler not only ensures excellent mixing performance but also prevents filler settling, keeping the filler's hollow space unblocked.

  2. Crafted from stainless steel, the propeller is designed to withstand high abrasion from plastic fillers, ensuring a long service life.

  3. The broad-bladed propeller rotates at an ideal speed, facilitating gentle mixing and efficient filler flow. The low linear speed of the paddle minimizes filler breakage due to impact.

  4. The propeller features a rounded edge structure with specially treated blunt edges to prevent filler cutting. Its swept-back paddle design boasts a self-cleaning function, making the fluidiser more stable and reliable during operation.

  5. Equipped with a high-efficiency motor and a hardened gear reducer, this system achieves remarkable transmission efficiency, significantly saving energy and reducing consumption.e.

  6. A specially designed slag-blocking device at the mechanical seal prevents packing debris and fiber from entering, thus protecting the mechanical seal.Unaffected by aeration disturbances, the pusher can be directly positioned above the aeration head without requiring additional space, maximizing the aeration tank's effective area and improving aeration efficiency.

  7. Featuring a unique mounting coupling system, the fluidiser can be positioned close to the water surface at a downward angle. This forces the floating filler material downward, slowing its aging process and increasing air bubble residence time underwater. The adjustable downward angle (7° to 30°) allows for site-specific customization. Additionally, submersible mixers and actuators can be horizontally installed near the tank bottom if needed.
