BZS2 type series aeration rotary brush is in the BZS type rotary brush aerator on the basis of a number of design improvements produced, with the following characteristics:
1)Adopt vertical motor-driven utility spiral conical-cylindrical gear reducer, covers an area of small, convenient process arrangement, electromechanical and page spacing is large, so greatly aggravate the sewage water mist on the electromechanical insulation;.
2) The structure of the tail-end supporting machine mechanism is more legitimate, and it is convenient for installation, testing and protection.
3) According to the customer's need, can choose G-type foot device or Z-type shaft-mounted speed reducer;
G type: the brush drive shaft is not equipped with bearing seat, the output shaft of the reducer is connected with the brush shaft through the coupling, when replacing the wearing parts and overhauling the reducer, the brush part should be equipped with another temporary support. The coaxiality of the tailstock and the output shaft of the speed reducer is required to be high, the installation is complicated and the precision is required to be high.
Z-type: another bearing seat is provided at the driving end of the rotating brush, no coupling is needed, when replacing wearing parts and overhauling the reducer, the rotating brush part maintains its original position, the reducer is easy to install, no need for centering, and the installation precision of the whole machine is required to be low.
4) Reducer lubrication system with oil pressure flag signal instigation and chain control with the host, when the system is blocked, oil leakage immediately alarm shutdown.
