Scope of application

Through-wall mixer is a new type of mixing device independently developed by our company using submersible sealing technology. It is mainly used in large tanks, reactors and other vessels that need mixing and stirring.

Working Characteristics

Its working characteristic is to use the external power device to drive the rotation of the impeller inside the closed container through the transmission shaft, so as to carry out the mixing and stirring of solid, liquid and gas, in order to prevent the precipitation of solids.

Product features

The equipment adopts reducer and gear transmission, the whole machine runs smoothly and will not affect the structure of the mixing vessel. It adopts multi-channel sealing, equipped with a leakage plugging device, and the seal can be replaced without draining, which makes the operation more reliable and safe, and the maintenance more convenient.

The selection of this equipment can be based on the user's process requirements to choose the mixer impeller form and diameter and speed.

Installation is flexible and can be positioned anywhere along the periphery of the tank.

As the power part and seals of the equipment are designed outside, it is convenient for the maintenance of the equipment when the tank does not need to be emptied, and it is especially suitable for working under the environment of high temperature, high corrosion and high concentration of liquid.
