ZBGN peripheral drive bridge-type sludge scraper

1. Working Principle

The ZBGN sludge scraper is installed in circular sedimentation tanks. The peripheral drive system, located at the tank’s outer edge, rotates the scraper arm slowly along the tank wall. The scraper blades on the arm push the settled sludge at the bottom toward the central sludge collection pit, from which the sludge is discharged through a sludge outlet pipe. Floating scum is removed by an optional scum skimmer, maintaining a clean water surface.
