Product Description
The ZBXN suction scraper operates with a peripheral drive system that rotates the half-bridge structure around the tank. A suction pipe located beneath the half-bridge uses vacuum or hydraulic pressure to remove sludge from the tank bottom and discharge it through a sludge outlet pipe. An optional scum skimmer can be included to remove floating debris, further enhancing the cleaning efficiency.
Peripheral Drive System: Powered by a motor and gearbox installed at the tank perimeter, ensuring smooth and reliable operation.
Half-Bridge Structure: A lightweight, stable design that spans half the tank, facilitating easy installation and maintenance.
Suction System: Equipped with high-efficiency suction pipes that use hydraulic or vacuum systems for quick and effective sludge removal.
Scum Skimmer (Optional): Removes floating scum and debris from the water surface to improve output water quality.
Corrosion-Resistant Materials: Constructed with stainless steel or carbon steel with anti-corrosion coatings, ensuring durability in harsh environments.
Automated Control System: Optional automation enables start/stop control and real-time monitoring of operations.
Municipal Wastewater Treatment: Ideal for sludge removal in primary and secondary sedimentation tanks.
Industrial Effluent Treatment: Used in industries such as chemicals, food processing, pharmaceuticals, and steel.
Water Supply Systems: Applied in sedimentation tanks of water purification facilities.
Environmental Management: Suitable for sedimentation processes requiring efficient sludge suction and disposal.
High Suction Efficiency: The suction pipe design ensures efficient and uniform sludge removal, minimizing residual sludge.
Stable Operation: Peripheral drive ensures reliable performance, even in large-diameter sedimentation tanks.
Energy-Saving: Low power consumption reduces operational costs and promotes sustainability.
Compact Design: The half-bridge structure requires minimal space and is easy to install and maintain.
Durability: Made with high-quality, corrosion-resistant materials, ensuring a long service life and low maintenance requirements.
Proper Installation: Ensure the device is installed level and the drive system is aligned with the track to avoid misalignment.
Routine Maintenance: Regularly inspect the suction pipes, drive system, and half-bridge structure for wear or damage.
Prevent Blockages: Keep the suction inlets and sludge outlet pipes free of obstructions to maintain efficiency.
Safe Operation: Restrict access during operation, and ensure power is disconnected during maintenance.
Adapt to Conditions: Choose the appropriate suction method (vacuum or hydraulic) based on the sedimentation tank’s specific requirements.
