Uses and scope of application

It is used for the dissolution of various water treatment chemicals or the mixing and reaction of raw water and coagulant during the reaction process of water supply and drainage treatment, and the liquid-phase stirring and mixing of organic or inorganic liquids with different specific gravity in the pool or kettle.

Product characteristics

Mixer paddle adopts frame type mixing form, its power efficiency is high. According to the pool type and mixing process requirements can be used single, double or multi-layer paddles, can make the mixing medium at the same time to produce radial and circumferential flow, can be in the required mixing time to achieve a certain mixing intensity, to meet the requirements of mixing speed, uniformity, adequacy, etc., and hydraulic loss is small, and can be widely adapted to the specific gravity of the mixing medium, concentration, acidity, alkalinity, temperature and viscosity of the changes to meet the requirements of various mixing conditions.

The main shaft of the driving device is connected with the mixing shaft through the coupling, and the mixing shafts are connected with each other in the form of flange coupling, and the mixing shafts are supported by double-row angular contact thrust ball bearings and sliding bearings, which have sufficient strength and rigidity and high stability. The sliding bearings are lubricated by grease in the oil chamber, which can ensure the long-term safe and reliable operation of the equipment.

Installation method

Prior to installation, the dimensions of the foundation related to the installed equipment should be checked for compliance with the installation requirements.

After fastening the gearbox support with the connection base plate, place it horizontally in the corresponding position on the civil per-embedded parts correct the level of the support and reducer connection plane, and adjust it to the horizontal state.

Connect the mixer shaft and reducer base.

For paddle mixer with underwater support: fasten the underwater support with the connecting base plate, then place it horizontally on the bottom of the pool.

After fastening the underwater support with the connecting base plate, place it horizontally on the corresponding position on the civil pr-embedded parts at the bottom of the pool, and correct whether the plane of the support is horizontal or not.

The center position should be located in the center of the reducer support pendant, and adjusted to the horizontal state.

For the paddle mixer with underwater support: connect the mixer shaft and the underwater support, manually coiled reducer support half-coupling, at this time, the rotor shaft should rotate flexibly, the underwater support should be no significant displacement.

For the mixer with underwater support: first spot weld and fix the underwater support to connect the bottom plate and the foundation buried plate, and then spot weld and fix the reducer support to connect the bottom plate and the foundation buried plate.

Manual disking reducer support half coupling, at this time, the rotary shaft should rotate flexibly. If there is stagnation in rotation, it should be re-fixed until it is adjusted to the best state. Weld and fix the reducer support to connect the bottom plate with the foundation pr-embedded plate. For the mixer with underwater support, it should be followed by welding and fixing the underwater support connecting the bottom plate with the foundation buried plate.

Install the paddle board and driving parts (reducer, motor).

Properly tighten the bolts and nuts on the half coupling.

Commissioning method

Before commissioning, oil filling is carried out according to the requirements of the gearbox.

Test the insulation degree of the drive motor, the insulation resistance to ground shall not be less than 5MΩ.

Connect the motor and control system according to the motor connection method. The wiring of the control system can be found in the electric control schematic diagram and instructions for use.

After the installation of the mixer must be installed before the official use of test run, in the case of normal idling, and then gradually loaded operation. During the test run, the equipment should run smoothly without abnormal vibration.
